1. Where we ship

We offer free worldwide shipping. If you can enter your address at checkout, we can ship to you.

2. Shipping cost

Shipping is free, with no minimum order value. Import duties or taxes, if any, are set by your country and are not included.

3. Processing and dispatch

Orders are usually processed within one to three business days. Some items are shipped from different suppliers and warehouses, so parts of an order may arrive separately and delivery times can vary between products.

4. Delivery estimates

Orders usually arrive within 7 to 12 business days after processing. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees, and actual times can vary based on destination, carrier, customs, and seasonal demand.

5. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow a short time for tracking to begin updating after dispatch.

6. Delays

Delivery can be affected by carrier backlogs, supplier timing, weather, holidays, and customs processing. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help look into it.

7. Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are separate from the price you paid us.

8. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge to resend. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

9. Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, check with members of your household and neighbors and with your local carrier, then contact us and we will do our best to help.
